The Linguistics Study Program at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB) of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) gave birth to a doctorate from the Mandarin study program for the first time. This was after Tengku Kasa Rullah Adha, S.S., MTCSOL., successfully defended his dissertation in the Doctoral Promotion exam (Open Session), Thursday (9/12/2021).
