The USU Public Relations, Protocol and Promotion Office is one of the units under the University Secretary responsible for implementing activities related to managing, developing, and maintaining relationships with the public in the context of the duties of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Secretariat. The USU Public Relations, Protocol and Promotion Office also functions to carry out communication by documenting and disseminating information, activities, and programs of USU in a fast, accurate, and efficient manner. Currently, the USU Public Relations, Protocol and Promotion Office is divided into four divisions: Public Relations Division, Protocol Division, Promotion Division, and PPT and PPID Division.
