Institute for Community Service

Established in 1980, the Universitas Sumatera Utara Institute for Community Service (LPPM USU) is an implementation unit responsible for conducting community service activities by implementing services and resource mobilization efforts. LPPM USU's main task is to apply science, technology, and arts, as well as to foster the community to engage in development thinking and planning with the goal of enhancing society's quality of life, particularly communities in rural areas, towards progress, equity, and prosperity.
