USU Academic Achievement Scholarship for 2023

The general requirements for applying for the Achievement Scholarship include the following:

  1. Students of the Undergraduate Program or Diploma 4 programs who are at least in the 2nd semester and a maximum of the 6th semester; 
  2. Students of the Diploma 3 (D3) programs who are at least in the 2nd semester and a maximum of the 4th semester.

 

Students who have fulfilled the application requirements for the Achievement Scholarship above then are required to submit a written application to the rector, director, or chairman of the relevant university management to get assistance by attaching the following files:

  1. Photocopy of Student Identity Card (KTM) and Study Plan Card (KRS) or other similar documents as proof of active students;
  2. Photocopy of the last month's electricity bill or proof of payment of Land and Building Tax (PBB) of parents or guardians; 
  3. Photocopy of Family Card (KK); 
  4. A statement that they are not currently receiving scholarships from other parties within the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education known by the Head of Higher Education for Student Affairs; 
  5. Recommendation letter from the head of the faculty or study program;
  6. Photocopy of bank account appointed by the Head of Higher Education for Student Affairs.
