USU PR - The moment of Idulfitri is expected to be a booster for the whole community
academics of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) to improve performance. That thing presented by the Rector of USU Dr. Muryanto Amin S.Sos., M.Si., in the implementation of morning apples routine on the USU Central Administrative Bureau page on Monday, (5/9/2022).
"All the work we do we have to do better than before. This gives many educational personnel at USU to be able to improve performance better than before, "he said.
He also stressed on the need for self -introspection about what has already been done
before and what to do next.
"There are several things we should do on these auspicious days, namely doing i'tibar or introspecting ourselves about what we have done before and what we will do after," said the Rector of USU.
The rector also added that the starting point when conducting self -introspection for all
the people are to recharge. According to him, recharge is needed because of all people need days that can give power back so that everything works work even harder.
"The position of the starting point in our time for us Muslims and others for self -introspection it is actually recharging or recharging from power or strength which we have been using in a productive or more productive way or could be things that are mediocre or even not producing anything at all. Because that's us it takes days that give us strength so we can work harder active again,"he explained.
Dr. Muryanto advised that the USU academic community can always focus on working
coordinate, as well as be able to update developments and adjust to the work rhythm.
“The first one we need to give the spirit has entered the first day previously I had a long vacation. The message is to keep the spirit working through for example think and do your own work, always coordinate often, and must updating the development and adjusting to the rhythm of his work, "he said.
