PT Gojek Indonesia handed over three Oxygen Concentrators on the occasion.The USU Rector who received it directly expressed his appreciation and gratitude forPT Gojek Indonesia'scontributionto USU.

"We surely express our highest gratitude and appreciation for Gojek's contribution to USU.Gojek is a USU partner who is very serious about fostering a good cooperative relationship with us here," the USU Rector said.

Muryanto said that the assistance was very meaningful in efforts to deal with Covid-19.USU Hospital as one of the referral agencies in handling Covid-19 currently requires avariety of supporting facilities.

"I hope we can maximize this assistance through the USU Hospital.With this assistance, the supply of USU Hospital facilities in serving the community affected by Covid-19 increases," he said.

M Ruslan, in his speech explained that the assistance was a form of PT Gojek Indonesia's commitment to assist the government in handling Covid-19.He hopes that this assistance can beuseful for USU Hospital.

“As a form of our commitment, we hand over the Oxygen Concentrator to USU Hospital.Even though it's not much, we really hope that this assistance can help USU Hospital in providing services to Covid-19 patients," Ruslan said.

Ruslan also explained that USU is PT Gojek Indonesia's main partner in carrying out social contributions.He hopes that all the contributions that have been made by his party canhave a positive impact on USU.

In response to this, the USU Rector appealed that USU's cooperation with PT Gojek Indonesia could continue to be improved and achieve a wider scope.He hopes that PT Gojek Indonesia can also participate in sharing his experiences in managingcompanies to students.

"We hope this cooperation will continue.We will open wider opportunities for this collaboration, such as cooperation in teaching, transfer of experience and other things that we can work together," said the USU Rector.

Muryanto Amin also hopes that this Covid-19 will soon pass so that all parties can do better activities and hold face-to-face meetings.Also present at the meeting were PT Gojek Indonesia, Vice Rector III Dr Poppy Anjelisa Zaitun Hasibuan, S Si, M Si, Apt, the USU Hospital Board of Directors, as well as education staff at USU.(RR/©ULC)
