Vice Rector I for Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Dr. Edy Ikhsan, SH., MA said that this training was in the form of a follow-up from LINK-UP on June 22, 2022, and this training will discuss methods or forms of learning, validated assessments or even study materials, these three things are very important in indicators achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
PR USU - The Institute for Curriculum and Learning Innovation (LINK-UP) Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) conducted training activities for the development of project-based learning and case method methods for participatory and collaborative classes. The training takes place online via Zoom, on Mondays and Tuesdays (8/8-9/2022).
In his remarks, Deputy Rector I for Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Dr. Edy Ikhsan, SH., MA said that this training was in the form of a follow-up from LINK-UP on June 22, 2022, and this training will discuss methods or forms of learning, validated assessments or even study materials, these three things are very important in indicators achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
"This training is a follow-up from LINK-UP on June 22, 2022," he said.
Vice Rector I also said that the Case Method is very important in classroom learning so that students are able to solve a problem and find solutions to these problems and design projects for the future and hopes that this training will strengthen the capacity and capability to improve learning in the classroom.
"This case method is very important in learning in the classroom so that students are able to solve a problem," he said.
The head of LINK-UP, Prof. Dr. Dwi Suryanto, M.Sc also said that this training aims to assist study programs to carry out accreditation nationally and internationally.
"LINK-UP will assist study programs to carry out accreditation nationally and internationally," he said.
The head of LINK-UP also said that this training was to improve the accreditation assessment in every study program at USU and improve the curriculum by using the Outcomes Based Education (OBE) approach which will focus on what students should be able to achieve at the end of college.
