"This ZI-WBK activity is a form of commitment and seriousness of the faculty leaders to make changes in the USU environment," said the Rector.
USU PR - Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) carried out the activity of the Declaration of a Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone (ZI-WBK). The activity took place at the USU Auditorium, on Friday (09/30/2022).
USU Rector Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si said that this activity shows the commitment and seriousness of the leadership of each faculty to consistently implement changes in the USU environment, which are in accordance with Transformation Towards the Ultimate. Then create a region with integrity and a region free of corruption.
"This ZI-WBK activity is a form of commitment and seriousness of the faculty leaders to make changes in the USU environment," he said.
The USU Rector also said that the integrity zone is one of the important requirements in producing superior and competitive human resources as well as an honest and fair work environment. To achieve this requires high integrity and is supported by three main targets, namely a clean bureaucracy, a capable bureaucracy and a bureaucracy that has excellent public services.
"This zone of integrity is an important element to produce superior and competitive human resources as well as an honest and fair work environment," the USU Rector concluded.
On the same occasion, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Education and Technology, Dr. Chatarina Muliana Girsang, S.H., S.E., M.H said that after this declaration, USU will prepare preparatory steps to build the six changes requested in the process for the declaration of ZI-WBK, so every work program and procedures for achieving it must be prepared by all the dean who had already launched the ZI-WBK.
