"This coordination meeting is intended as a vehicle for consolidation and review of various policies so that an output can be formulated in the form of a policy framework and strategic steps to improve performance in the context of optimizing Good University Governance within USU," said the Rector at the event held at the Academic Senate Room, USU Central Administration Bureau Building, Friday (11/25/2021).
USU PR - Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is committed to create Good University Governance. Several policy and program steps have been prepared by USU in order to improve on all fronts.
This was revealed in the Coordination and Supervision Meeting with the Investigation Inspector of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, which is the annual agenda of the USU Internal Audit Unit.
USU Rector Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., in his speech said that this coordination and supervision meeting was a form of performance improvement in the context of optimizing Good University Governance at USU.
"This coordination meeting is intended as a vehicle for consolidating and reviewing various policies so that an output can be formulated in the form of a policy framework and strategic steps to improve performance in the context of optimizing Good University Governance within USU," the Rector said at the event held in the Academic Senate Room, USU Central Administration Bureau Building, Thursday (25/11/2021).
The activity itself raised the theme "Strengthening Synergy of Internal Controls in the Framework of Optimizing Good University Governance at the Universitas Sumatera Utara" by presenting an Investigation Inspector of the Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Technology, Saut Maruli Sirait, SE., Ak., M.Si., CFE. , CFrA., CA, as the speaker.
Not only that, it was also explained about the Socialization of Risk-Based Internal Audit Guidelines in accordance with Pertor Number 11 of 2020 by the Head of the USU Internal Audit Unit, Dr. Narumondang Bulan Siregar, MM., Ak., CA., QGIA.
The Rector emphasized that the Risk-Based Internal Audit Guidelines in the form of risk-based internal audit reports can improve the quality of supervision and provide added value for stakeholders. (©ULC)
