USU Conducts SKB for CASN Lecturers and PPPK Candidates

Head of the Human Resources Bureau (SDM) of USU, Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, MSP., announced that the Basic Competency Test (SKD) was attended by approximately 275 people, consisting of Lecturers who are Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and also from Health Workers (Tenaga Kesehatan) as Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK)
USU PR: Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) conducted Field Competency Selection (SKB) for Interviews and Microteaching for Civil Servant Candidates (CASN). This selection was held on the 2nd floor of the USU Rectorate Building on Tuesday (12/12/2023).
After conducting the Basic Competency Test (SKD) last November, the successful participants proceeded to the Field Competency Selection (SKB) by undergoing interviews and microteaching. Microteaching is conducted as an educational training method to enhance the teaching skills of prospective lecturers at USU.
The Head of the Human Resources Bureau (SDM) of USU, Syafnita Hanura Silalahi, MSP., mentioned that approximately 275 people participated in this SKD, including prospective Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) lecturers and PPPK Health Workers.
Dra. Syafnita stated that the interview and microteaching stages were conducted online, and participants from various regions participated.
"It's conducted online. So, because today's SKB exam includes interviews and microteaching, participants can be from anywhere," she added.
This Field Competency Selection took place for four days on December 12-13, 2023, for CPNS interviews, while for PPPK interviews, it was scheduled from December 12-14, 2023, precisely at USU Hospital and USU Dental and Oral Hospital.
