USU PR - Following up on preparations for a limited face-to-face meeting (PTM) on campus, the Covid-19 Task Force of the Universitas Sumatera Utara provided assistance in 15 faculties and post-graduate schools. This was carried out to see the feasibility and preparation of the faculty in organizing limited PTM. This was conveyed by Dr. Ananda Wibawanta Ginting, M.Ked(PD), Sp. PD-KP on Tuesday (1/11/2022) at the Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Dr. Ananda explained that the faculty had to prepare important things in organizing limited PTM. Implementing health protocols is an important thing to implement. The Covid-19 Task Force will provide assistance to each faculty to support limited PTM activities in the campus environment.

She also assessed the preparation of the classrooms used, starting from the students' entry and exit routes, room ventilation, air circulation and the recommended number of students.
"The preparation of the room is also assessed, starting from ventilation, air circulation, the recommended number of students then also the preparation of supporting treatments such as heva filters, how to get in and out of students, then hand sanitizers, hand washing facilities," she said.
Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and information technology Dr. Maya Silvi Lydia, M.Sc. said the faculty had prepared the requirements that must be carried out in limited PTM such as supporting facilities and adequate classrooms.
“Actually we have prepared the room. However, most of our rooms are closed, so we have to prepare for supporting facilities,” she said. (©ULC)
