The Rector of USU also conveyed several inputs regarding the Telkom network in the USU environment to make it even better in the future and gave advice to Telkom regarding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related to USU.
HUMAS - Rector of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si received an audience from the General Manager (GM) of PT. Telkom Witel Medan. The activity took place in the Audience Room of the USU Central Administration Building, on Thursday (09/08/2022).
The USU Rector said that this hearing was in the form of a visit by Telkom in the context of National Customer Day which falls on September 14, 2022, which discussed Telkomsel's services at USU.
“This hearing is a visit from PT. Telkom in the framework of National Customer Day," he concluded.
The Rector of USU also conveyed several inputs regarding the Telkom network in the USU environment to make it even better in the future and gave advice to Telkom regarding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) related to USU.
"Yes, maybe PT. Telkom wants to make CSR related to USU," he said.
Deputy General Manager of PT. Telkom Witel Medan Hasnul Arif Rangkuti said that the audience this time was aimed at getting in touch with one of Telkom's customers, namely USU, because PT. Telkom is celebrating National Customer Day and to get feedback from USU regarding Telkom's services.
Hasnul Arif also said that if there was a network problem at USU, the complaint could be submitted to Telkom, because PT. Telkom has 24-hour service and the complaint will be handled and corrected as soon as possible. (©ULC)
