Master’s Students Invited to Join BRIN’s B-Creative Competition at IRI Fair 2026

Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) has officially opened registration for B-Creative 2026, a scientific competition designed for master’s degree (S2) students to present their final research projects through an innovation showcase with prizes worth tens of millions of rupiah. Registration is open until 15 June 2026.
B-Creative (BRIN Competition for Advanced Research and Innovation) is part of the Indonesia Research and Innovation Fair 2026 (IRI Fair 2026). The competition serves as a platform for postgraduate students to showcase their thesis research while expanding the impact of academic studies on society.
The competition consists of several assessment stages, including:
- Final Research Presentation
Finalists will present their research findings in a closed session to assess the substance, novelty, and contribution of their studies. - 3-Minute Research Pitch (3MR)
Finalists will deliver a three-minute presentation explaining their research and its significance to the public in a clear and engaging manner. - Research Poster Exhibition
Finalists will display research posters as a medium for scientific publication and public outreach.
Participants will have the opportunity to receive:
- Cash prizes worth tens of millions of rupiah
- Trophy awards
- Certificates for participants and winners
The competition is open to master’s students who have passed their thesis defense and remain actively enrolled, with a maximum study period of semester 5 by September 2026.
