USU PR - Rector of the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si., inaugurated Echelon II and IV Structural Officials at USU, Friday (12/31/2021) at the USU Central Administration Bureau Building.

The Rector said that the inauguration of these new officials will be able to bring new energy and enthusiasm that will increase USU's strength in realizing all of its big targets and goals.

"I remind you, ladies and gentlemen, that it takes integrity, dedication, tenacity and hard work together to achieve the progress of this university," he said.

He added that USU is currently continuing to push itself and its strength and compete with time to get to an international standard university, as well as improve itself in making all the necessary improvements in various fields.

"Be it improvements in academic services, institutional governance and completeness of facilities and infrastructure that are able to accommodate and support all activities and work programs that have been set," said Dr. Muryanto.

According to the Rector, all the targets of the planned work program cannot be achieved without the support of human resources who are ready to use, skilled and reliable, also able to respond to any changes that occur quickly and well.

"The estuary of course has an impact on achieving USU's big goal, which is to become an international standard university," he said.

The Rector appealed to newly appointed officials to be able to maintain harmony with colleagues, as well as institutional partners.

"With this harmony, positive dynamics and a healthy working atmosphere will be created, which will encourage USU's progress towards a better and better direction," he said.

On the occasion, the Rector also thanked the seniors or no longer serving officials.
