FT Finalization Meeting For Instrument Development Monitoring Evaluation Of Accreditation Extension

"Currently we are in the stage of finalizing and finalizing preparations for the second phase of monitoring which will be held on December 24," said WD 1 FT USU.
USU PR - Faculty of Engineering (FT) Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a meeting to finalize the preparation of the Evaluation Monitoring Instrument for Extension of Accreditation.
Held in the FT Meeting Room on Wednesday (12/22/2021), the meeting was attended by representatives of the four study programs included in PEPA Phase 2.
Vice Dean 1 of the USU Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Ir. Renita Manurung, MT said, currently 1 study program has finished compiling the PEPA instrument phase 2, namely the Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering and 4 undergraduate programs are in the stage of completing the PEPA instrument phase 2, namely Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Architecture.
Prof. Dr. Ir. Renita Manurung, MT added that the synchronization and finalization meeting aims to ensure the UPPS data contained in the PEPA document of all study programs is aligned and in sync as well as to finalize the document, especially related to main and additional performance indicators.

The Deputy Dean I of the Faculty of Engineering said that it is hoped that this phase-2 PEPA document can be completed properly and on time. The target is for the PEPA stage 2 assessment to pass and fulfill the accreditation predicate that has been achieved, namely the Superior predicate for the 3 study programs, namely Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Architecture, as well as Excellent predicate for the Civil Engineering study program.
"We are trying to synchronize the UPPS data in each study program so that nothing is different." she said.
In the meeting, the entire drafting team was very excited and enthusiastic to complete this PEPA instrument properly, especially considering the accreditation period for 3 study programs will end on January 10, 2022 and 1 study program in March 2022.(©ULC)
