Van Deventer-Maas Indonesia Scholarship 2025/2026 Registration Criteria

• Eligible students: S1/D4 students in their 2nd – 6th semester and D3 students in their 2nd – 4th semester
• Maximum age: 27 years old
• Financial background: Must come from an economically disadvantaged family (proven by a Certificate of Financial Hardship (SKTM) and/or a recommendation letter from the university confirming the student's financial condition)
• Minimum GPA: 3.00
• Eligible Fields of Study: Agriculture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Architecture, Arts and Culture, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Communication, Economics, Education, Engineering, Language Studies, Management, Forestry, Geography, Health/Medicine, History, Informatics, Statistics, Law, Political Science, etc. (except Theology and Religious Studies)
• Active involvement in organizations or community activities is preferred
• English proficiency is an advantage
• Must not be receiving another scholarship

Scholarship Benefits

• Monthly allowance: IDR 800,000 (provided until the end of the study period: 6 semesters for D3 and 8 semesters for S1/D4)
• Additional bonuses:
  • TOEFL bonus: IDR 400,000
  • On-time graduation bonus: IDR 700,000
• Opportunity to participate in free Capacity Building training

Document Submission for the Van Deventer-Maas Indonesia Scholarship 2025/2026

Students who pass the First Stage Selection must submit original documents as per the Required Documents List in a Red Folder to the DITMAWALUMNI USU Office from April 12 – 19 at 15:00 WIB. (Please refer to the Scholarship Manual for detailed registration procedures).
