BBM 2025 Scholarship Registration Timeline

• Registration: February 10 – 22, 2025 (Extended until February 25, 2025)
• Document verification: February 26 – 28, 2025
• Verification results announcement: March 4, 2025
• Interview selection: March 5 – 7, 2025
• Interview results announcement: March 12, 2025
• Bank account submission: March 12 – 17, 2025
• First installment disbursement: April 2025
• Second installment disbursement: August 2025

BBM 2025 Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

• Active student at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) from the regular admission track (SMM Mandiri S1/D4 with IPI not eligible)
• For S1/Diploma IV students: Must be in at least the 2nd semester and at most the 6th semester
• For Diploma III students: Must be in at least the 2nd semester and at most the 4th semester
• Minimum GPA: 2.75
• Financial background: Must come from an economically disadvantaged family (priority for students registered in DTKS Kemensos as aid recipients)
• Must not be receiving other scholarships, employed, or under a service bond with any institution

BBM 2025 Scholarship Required Documents

• Copy of Student ID Card (KTM/KTMS) or Academic Portal Screenshot
• Copy of the latest semester’s Student Grade Report (KHS), legalized by the faculty
• Copy of Family Card (KK)
• Certificate from the Social Affairs Office confirming DTKS Kemensos registration (for students from PKH recipients, KKS holders, other aid recipients)
  • OR Certificate of Financial Hardship from Village Office
  • OR Income Statement from Village Office
  • OR Parents' Salary Slip from Workplace
  • OR Certificate of Employment Termination (PHK)**
• Photos of residence (front, living room, kitchen)
• Electricity bill indicating meter capacity (450, 900, 1300, etc.)
• Certificate from a social orphanage (if applicable)
• Scholarship application letter & declaration of not receiving any other APBN/APBD-funded scholarships (signed by the Faculty Head) (Download here)
• Recommendation letter from the Faculty Head (Student Affairs Division)
• List of Required Documents (Download here) (Please download, do not edit directly)

All documents must be scanned as one file and uploaded via the provided registration form. Hard copies must be submitted during the interview stage.

BBM 2025 Scholarship Quota & Amount

• Scholarship quota: 250 students
• Scholarship amount: IDR 2,100,000 per semester for one year
