Scholarship Timeline

• Registration: Until October 1, 2024
• Administrative Selection Announcement: October 2 – 10, 2024
• Stage 1 Selection: October 12 – 18, 2024
• Stage 1 Results Announcement: October 24 – 25, 2024
• Stage 2 Selection: November 13 – 15, 2024
• Stage 2 Results Announcement: November 18 – 19, 2024
• Stage 3 Selection: December 2 – 24, 2024
• Tanoto Scholars Announcement: January 24 – 29, 2025
• Inauguration: February 5 – 6, 2025

Scholarship Benefits

Selected students will become Tanoto Scholars and participate in the TELADAN Program for 3.5 years, from the 2nd semester to the 8th semester. During the program, Tanoto Scholars will receive the following benefits:

• Leadership Development Support: Structured and tiered leadership development programs.
• TELADAN Development Circle: Collaboration within a supportive learning ecosystem.
• Tuition and Living Allowance Support: Financial assistance to help students focus on education and self-development.
• Alumni Network: Access to Tanoto Scholars alumni communities in Indonesia and globally.

Eligibility Criteria

• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Registered as a regular undergraduate (S1) first-semester student at one of TELADAN program partner universities.
• Committed to participating in the Leadership Development Program throughout the TELADAN Program (Semester 2 – Semester 8).
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential and commitment to contributing to society and national development.
• Proficient in communicating in Indonesian. English or other international language skills are an advantage.
• Possesses academic achievements (minimum average grade of 8/10 in the final year of high school) and non-academic achievements such as participation in student organizations, social communities, or similar activities.
• Not currently receiving scholarships or financial aid programs from other institutions and willing to decline other similar programs if selected for TELADAN.
• Registers online via the Tanoto Foundation website.
