Program Timeline

• Online Registration: June 28 – July 29, 2024
• Selection Process: July – September 2024
• Scholarship Announcement: September 2024
• Scholarship Program: September 2024 – April 2026

Recipient Qualifications

• Active students of Universitas Sumatera Utara enrolled in Diploma III (3rd semester) or Diploma IV/S1 (5th semester) programs.
• Minimum GPA of 3.30 and demonstrated leadership skills through active participation in campus activities.
• Not currently receiving other scholarships and committed to not accepting any other scholarships during the program.
• Committed to participating in development programs.

Required Documents

• Curriculum Vitae (ATS format).
• Academic transcript for semesters 1–4.
• Scanned Identity Card (KTP).
• Scanned Student ID Card (KTM).
• Scanned Family Card (KK).
• Scanned bank account details and a screenshot of mobile banking.
• Recommendation letter confirming non-receipt of other scholarships.
• Certificates of academic and non-academic achievements.
