Eligibility Criteria for Adaro Foundation Scholarship 2025

1. Indonesian citizen (WNI)
2. Active student in S1 & D4 programs, minimum semester III
3. Minimum GPA of 3.00
4. Priority for students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds
5. Not currently receiving a scholarship from Universitas Sumatera Utara or other institutions (violations will result in sanctions)
6. Active in organizations within or outside the university
7. Academic or non-academic achievements

Required Documents for Adaro Foundation Scholarship 2025

1. Fill out the registration form (https://bit.ly/formbeasiswaadaro2025)
2. Photocopy of Student ID / Academic Portal Screenshot
3. Photocopy of Family Card (KK)
4. Photocopy of Latest Academic Transcript (KHS)
5. Photocopy of last 3 months electricity bill
6. Latest Statement of Economic Disadvantage (SKTM) from the village or sub-district head, or a statement of parent’s income
7. Statement of Not Receiving Other Scholarships from Sila USU
8. Fill out the application form (https://bit.ly/formuliradaro), leave the official signature section blank (we will handle this collectively)
9. Certificate of active membership in any campus or external organizations (if applicable)
10. Photocopy of certificates/awards from competitions (if applicable)

Recommended Study Programs for Adaro Foundation Scholarship 2025

Scholarship Amount for Adaro Foundation 2025

Monthly scholarship of IDR 850,000, distributed every 3 months via the university. Scholarship period from August 2025 to July 2026

Complete the online registration form and submit all required documents in a Blue Folder to the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Relations by May 21, 2025, at 3:00 PM WIB
