Achievement Scholarship Year 2025

Active Universitas Sumatera Utara students from all admission pathways
S1/Diploma IV students: at least in semester II and at most in semester VI
Diploma III students: at least in semester II and at most in semester IV
Minimum GPA of 3.00
National or international achievements (academic or extracurricular) during university studies (Optional, not mandatory)
Not receiving any other scholarships, employment income, or bound by service agreements from any institution

Copy of Student ID Card (KTM)/KTMS/Screenshot of Academic Portal
Copy of latest Semester Grade Report (KHS), legalized by the faculty
Copy of Course Registration Form (KRS) for the current semester
Copy of certificates or proof of achievements (academic or extracurricular) at national or international levels (Optional)
Scholarship application and declaration letter, stating the student is not receiving other scholarships or financial aid from APBN/APBD, approved by the Faculty Head (Download here)
Recommendation letter from the Faculty Head (student affairs section)
List of required documents (Download here)
All documents must be scanned as a single file and uploaded via the provided registration link. Hard copies must be submitted during the interview selection.
