DRUG-FREE AND HEALTH EXAMINATIONA. Drug-Free ExaminationProspective students undergoing a Drug-Free Examination at the USU Teaching Hospital can visit the USU Teaching Hospital, Jalan T. Prospective students undergoing a drug-free examination at the Pancasila Building can pay a screening fee of Rp. 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) through the BRI Bank account in the name of: USU HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT FUNDS Account Number 005301003451300 with the minutes "New Student Drug Screening SMM (Student Name)".b. A printout of the original proof of payment must be brought to the drug screening.c. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the MCU officer of USU Hospital, CPL: 089530707966 in the name of Rizky (via WhatsApp) during office hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM WIB.d. Students currently taking medication are requested to bring these on the day of the drug screening.e.
