DRUG-FREE AND HEALTH EXAMINATIONA. Drug-Free ExaminationProspective students undergoing a Drug-Free Examination at the USU Teaching Hospital can visit the USU Teaching Hospital, Jalan T. Further information will be provided after re-registration (the Examination Sequence Number will be obtained from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id).a. Prospective students undergoing a drug-free examination at the Pancasila Building can pay a screening fee of Rp. 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) through the BRI Bank account in the name of: USU HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT FUNDS Account Number 005301003451300 with the minutes "New Student Drug Screening SMM (Student Name)".b. A printout of the original proof of payment must be brought to the drug screening.c. Students currently taking medication are requested to bring these on the day of the drug screening.e.
