In connection with the end of the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year and regarding the processing of student study results related to PDDikti reporting, we need to convey several important matters as follows:

1. Submission of course grades and practicum/laboratory scores for the Final Semester Examination (UAS) for the odd semester of 2022/2023 according to the USU academic calendar must be no later than January 20, 2023. 

2. For lecturers who are late in submitting course grades and practicum/laboratory scores according to the dates set by USU Academic Regulations, the following must be fulfilled:

   1. All students enrolled in the course will be declared to have passed with a grade of B for the Diploma Three (D-3) and Bachelor's (S-1) Programs. 

   2. All students enrolled in the course will be declared to have passed with a grade of B+ for the Master's (S-2) and Doctoral (S-3) Programs. 

3. Students must pay the SPP/UKT for the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. 2022/2023 Academic Calendar, January 16th to February 3rd, 2023, requires online registration/KRS (Student Registration Plan) between January 17th and February 4th, 2023.

4. Students who fail to pay their tuition fees/UKT and register/fill out their KRS online will not be permitted to participate in academic activities, and their lectures will not be registered with PDDikti. 

5. Final evaluations for students extending their study period in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year must be submitted to USU's Vice Rector I no later than January 16th, 2023.

We request that these activities be carried out according to the specified schedule to support the PDDikti data reporting process in April 2023.
