Lubis Teaching Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara will conduct the Selection of Prospective Operational Cooperation Partners for Parking Management of Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis Teaching Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara with the following provisions and schedule:

Operational Cooperation for Parking Management of Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis Teaching Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara

 

Object:

Parking lot of Prof. dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis Teaching Hospital, Universitas Sumatera Utara with an area of ​​+ 24,450 m2, located at Jl. Dr. Mansur No. 66 USU Padang Bulan Campus, Medan.

 

Prospective Partner Requirements:

Participants are prospective partners who are legal entities and have experience in the field of Parking Management

 

KSO Period:

5 (five) years and can be extended

 

2. Profit Sharing

a) USU receives a minimum of 30% (thirty percent) of total Parking revenues.

b) Partners receive a maximum of 70% (seventy percent) of the total Parking revenue.

4. Registration and Document Collection

5. Registration and Collection of Selection Documents can be represented by making a letter of assignment/power of attorney with a Rp 10,000 stamp from the Company Leader by showing the business license and attaching a copy.
