RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR SNBP 2025 NEW STUDENTS 

 

It is hereby announced to all prospective new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara who are accepted through the 2025 National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) pathway that they are required to register and fill in the complete data for the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) Online according to this procedure.

 

I. REGISTRATION & UKT FILLING

1. Filling in basic data and uploading files is done online via the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id starting from: 19 to 26 March 2025. Files uploaded during registration include the following:
a. White background photo with dimensions of 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB); 

b. Original 2025 SNBP participant card;
c. Original Statement Letter P1, P2 and P3 that has been filled in completely and correctly, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp, and has been signed (Statement Letter Form P1, P2 and P3 can be downloaded on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
d. Certificate of Graduation (SKL) or Final Semester Report Card that has been legalized and affixed with a photo of the person concerned (Photo stamped by the School);
e. Family Card (KK);
f. Identity Card (KTP) or Student Card (KTS);
g. Smart Indonesia College Card (KIP Kuliah) (Especially for prospective students who receive the KIP Kuliah scholarship).
Note:
·    Prospective students are required to periodically check the website pendaftaran.usu.ac.id to see the verification results (Accepted/Rejected). If the registration file is “rejected”, prospective students are required to correct the data.
·    If you experience difficulties in the process of filling in the Registration data on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id, please contact the Registration Filling Helpdesk section at +6285191106118, +62852-7001-4466, +62852-7001-4455, +62882-1102-7853 and +62 882-1102-7851 (Chat Only) on working days and hours from 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB.

 

2. Filling in the UKT completeness data can be done after filling in the main data on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id has been finalized (submitted) by prospective new students. UKT data entry and uploading of complete UKT files can be done through the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id starting from: 19 to 26 March 2025. Files uploaded when filling out UKT include the following:
a. Pay slip or income statement for the last month of the financing party; b. Identity card for the financing party;
c. Family card for the financing party; d. NPWP for the financing party;
e. Proof of PBB payment for the last year of the financing party's residential address;
f. Proof of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) for the last year of the financing party's motor vehicle;
g. Electricity bill/Token for the last month of the financing party's residence; h. Water bill for the last month of the financing party's residence;
i. SPT for Individuals and/or Entities for the last year of the financing party;
j. Photo of the front, left and right sides of the residential house, 1 (one) sheet each, provided that it shows the RT/RW No. or other identification that proves the existence of the house;

 

ATTENTION:
1. Prospective students who do not re-register according to the schedule will have their graduation canceled and cannot register for the 2025 SNBT selection and the Independent selection at any PTN.
2. Prospective new USU students must read and fill in the registration instructions and UKT completeness data correctly and carefully. If there are errors, academic sanctions will be given. If files need to be re-verified, prospective students will be asked to send physical evidence (hardcopy) of the Registration or UKT filling files to USU (only if necessary).
3. If you experience difficulties filling in UKT data via the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id, please contact the UKT System Filling Helpdesk at 0822-8401-3001 and the UKT Helpdesk (Finance Bureau) at 0813-6040-2581 (Chat Only) on working days and hours from 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB.

 

II.UKT PAYMENT
1. The results of the verification of complete UKT data and the issuance of virtual accounts can be viewed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id on April 16 to 17, 2025;
2. UKT payments are made with virtual accounts from April 17 to 26, 2025.


III. FILLING IN THE STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)
1. Prospective students who have completed a health check-up by the USU Polyclinic at the Pancasila Building can come to the Information System Center (PSI) Building on the same day to get direction on filling in the KRS.
2. Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to log in to the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal is used to fill in the KRS online one day after making the UKT payment.
3. Tutorials on using USU e-learning are conducted during the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) at each faculty.
4. Lectures begin in August 2025. Before students attend lectures, the students concerned will receive information about the class schedule through their respective faculties.
5. If students have obtained a Student Identification Number (NIM), the temporary Student Identity Card (KTM) can be printed independently via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

 

IV. DRUG-FREE AND HEALTH CHECK
Drug-Free Check and Health Check are carried out at the Pancasila Building, Jl. Universitas USU Campus.


A. Drug-Free Check
The Drug-Free Check will be carried out at the Pancasila Building, Jl. Universitas USU Campus on April 28-30, 2025 and will be further informed after re-registration (Examination Sequence Number will be obtained from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id).
a. Prospective students who undergo a drug-free check at the Pancasila Building can pay an examination fee of Rp.200,000 (Two hundred thousand rupiah) through a BRI Bank account in the name of USU HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT FUND Account Number 005301003451300 with the minutes of “New Student Drug Examination SNBP (Student Name)”.
b. Printout of the original proof of payment must be brought during the drug examination later.
c. If you experience any problems, you can contact the MCU RSP. CPL USU officer: 085262183165 - Rizky (By Telephone) during working hours from 09.00 – 12.00 WIB.
d. For students who are taking medical drugs, please bring them on the day of the drug examination later.
e. For prospective new students who live outside Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) can undergo a drug-free examination at a Government Hospital/other Regional Government Hospital. The results must be brought during the health examination at USU later. Make sure the drug examination is 14 days before the health examination.

Note:
a. The validity period of the Drug-Free Letter is a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days as a requirement for a health check at the USU Campus.
b. The Drug-Free Letter must have been signed by an authorized official, either with a pen or electronic signature based on a QR Code.
c. Students are expected to adjust the drug-free examination schedule with the health check schedule at the USU Campus (for prospective students who undergo drug-free examinations outside the USU Hospital).
d. The Health Examination Schedule is subject to change at any time.

B. The health check will be done at the Pancasila Building, Jl. Universitas USU Campus on May 5-9, 2025, and will be further informed after re-registration (Examination Sequence Number will be obtained from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id).

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS:
1. Single Tuition Fee (UKT) that has been deposited cannot be withdrawn.
2. Prospective students accepted through the 2025 SNBP who are late in reporting according to the predetermined schedule can have their Graduation canceled, and they cannot register for the 2025 SNBT pathway selection and the Independent pathway selection at any PTN.

3. Prospective students are required to comply with all predetermined schedules.
