Subject: Promotion of Permanent Education Personnel in Universitas Sumatera Utara

In connection with the upcoming promotion process for Permanent Educational Staff at Universitas Sumatera Utara for the February 2024 period (for those appointed in 2020), we hereby send a list of eligible permanent educational staff from each work unit for promotion in February 2024 period in accordance with the following requirements:

1. At least 4 (four) years in the last rank; 
2. Each element of the work performance assessment has at least a good value in the last 2 years, SKP for 2022 (SKP2THN_NIK_NAME) and SKP for 2023 (SKP1THN _NIK_NAME);
3. Have a First Appointment Decree (SKCP_NIK_NAME) and SK 100% (SKPT_NIK_NAME) for general formations) as Permanent Education Personnel issued by the USU Rector; 
4. Basic Training Education Certificate (SERLATSAR_NIK_NAME); 
5. and Letter of Recommendation from the head of the work unit (REKOM_NIK_NAME).

In relation to this, you are requested to propose a promotion for Permanent Education Personnel to the USU Human Resources Bureau no later than January 26, 2024 via https://bit.ly/KenaikanPangkatTKPTetap
