Referring to the letter from the Vice Rector I of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 13925/UN5.1.R1/LLS/2022 dated September 19, 2022, regarding the Graduation Ceremony for USU Graduates, Period I Academic Year 2022/2023, we hereby inform you of the changes to the graduation registration schedule as follows:

1. Graduation registration at the Faculty/Graduate School level, originally scheduled for October 21, 2022, has been rescheduled to October 14, 2022;

2. Submission of graduation documents from the Faculty/Graduate School to the Admission and Academic Event Section of the Academic Bureau (3rd Floor, BPA USU), originally scheduled for October 25, 2022, has been rescheduled to October 21, 2022, at 3:00 PM WIB;

3. The USU Graduation Ceremony Period I Academic Year 2022/2023, originally scheduled for November 23, 2022, has been rescheduled to November 14, 2022.
