Master’s (S-2) and Doctoral (S-3) Programs – Regular and Research Track, Even Semester Academic Year 2022/2023

The Graduate School of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is pleased to announce the admission of new students for the Master’s (S-2) and Doctoral (S-3) Programs through the Regular and Research Tracks for the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

Admission Schedule
1. Online Registration and Confirmation: February – November 21, 2022
2. Print Written Exam Card: November 21, 2022
3. Academic Potential Test (TPA): November 28, 2022
4. Field/Study Program and Interview Test: November 29–30, 2022

Announcement of Results, Document Verification, Tuition Payment, Registration, and Orientation: To be announced later

Registration Procedure
Pay the registration fee via BNI Bank (teller, ATM, or internet banking):
Master’s Program (S-2): IDR 750,000
Doctoral Program (S-3): IDR 1,250,000
Register online at: https://penerimaanpasc.usu.ac.id
Complete the biodata form, choose the study program, and upload the required documents.

1. Master’s Program (S-2)
2. Bachelor’s degree certificate (S-1)
3. Academic transcript (S-1)
4. Certificate of drug-free status
5. Recent color photo (3x4 cm)
6. Two recommendation letters (from academic supervisors or employers)
7. National ID card (KTP)
