REGARDING

GUIDELINES FOR SERVICE STANDARDS OF THE INTEGRATED SERVICE UNIT
WITHIN UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

THE RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

Considering: 

a. that it is necessary to provide guidelines as standards for service within Universitas Sumatera Utara;  
b. that based on the considerations referred to in point  a, it is necessary to issue a Rector's Decree on the Guidelines for Service Standards of the Integrated Service Unit within the Universitas Sumatera Utara

Bearing in Mind: 

1. Law Number 20 of 2003 on the National Education System (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Law Number 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2008 Number 61, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4846);
3. Law Number 25 of 2009 on Public Services (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 112, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5038);
4. Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 No. 158, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5336);
5. Government Regulation No. 96 of 2012 on the Implementation of Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Services (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 215, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5357);
6. Government Regulation Number 4 of 2014 on the Implementation of Higher Education and the Management of Higher Education Institutions (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 16, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5500);

Government Regulation No. 26 of 2015 concerning the Form and Mechanism of Funding for State Universities with Legal Entity Status (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2015 No. 110, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5699) as amended by Government Regulation No. 8 of 2020 on Amendments to Government Regulation No. 26 of 2015 on the Form and Mechanism of Funding for State Universities with Legal Entity Status (Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2020 No. 28, Supplement to the Official Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6461);
9. Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and
Bureaucratic Reform No. 15 of 2014 on Guidelines for the Preparation, Determination, and Implementation of Service Standards (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 No. 615);
10. Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Number 44 of 2015 concerning National Standards for Higher Education (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2015 Number 1952);
11. Regulation of Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Standards for Higher Education (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 615);
12. Regulation of UIniversitas Sumatera Utara Board of Trustees Number 1 of 2022 on the Organization and Governance of UIniversitas Sumatera Utara;
13. Regulation of the Rector of UIniversitas Sumatera Utara Number 6 of 2021 on Service Standards within the Universitas Sumatera Utara;
14. Regulation of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 7 of 2022 on the Administration of Universitas Sumatera Utara;
15. Decision of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 2785/UN5.1.R/SK/KPM/2022 on establishing an Integrated Service Unit.

RECTOR'S DECREE UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

REGARDING 

GUIDELINES FOR SERVICE STANDARDS OF THE INTEGRATED SERVICE UNIT
WITHIN UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

FIRST: Establishing the Guidelines for service standards of the integrated service unit within Universitas Sumatera Utara as set forth in Annex I, Annex II,  Annex III, and Annex IV, which are an integral part  of this Rector's Decree.

SECOND: This Rector's Decree shall take effect on the date of its issuance.
