CONCERNING
CHANGE OF THE DECREE OF THE RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA NUMBER 526/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2023
CONCERNING
THE AMOUNT OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR POSTPONEMENT OF ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES (PKA) IN UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

Considering:
a. that based on the provisions of Article 76 paragraph (3) of Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, higher education institutions or higher education organizers receive payments that students bear to finance their studies according to the ability of the student, the student's parents, or the party financing it;
b. that in order to implement the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the Standard Unit of Operational Costs of Higher Education at State Universities within the Ministry of Education and Culture;
c. that based on the considerations as referred to in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara concerning Amendments to the Decree of the Rector of the Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 526/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2023 concerning the Amount of Administrative Costs for Postponement of Academic Activities (PKA) within Universitas Sumatera Utara

DECREE OF THE RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA CONCERNING CHANGES TO THE DECREE OF THE RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA NUMBER 526/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2023 CONCERNING THE AMOUNT OF ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR POSTPONEMENT OF ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES (PKA) IN UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA
FIRST: To amend the First Dictum of the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 526/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2023 concerning the Amount of Administrative Fee for Postponement of Academic Activities (PKA) in Universitas Sumatera Utara;
SECOND: Changes to the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara, as stated in the FIRST DICTUM, are made to the amount of administrative costs for Postponement of Academic Activities (PKA) per semester by eliminating costs for the Diploma Three/Vocational Program and Undergraduate Program levels;
THIRD: This Decree shall come into effect from submitting Active Lectures Again (AKK) for the Even Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
