(1) Indonesian citizens who adhere to the Pancasila spirit; (2) Physically and mentally healthy, as evidenced by a medical certificate from the USU Teaching Hospital or other hospital; (3) Holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree (S-1); (4) Under 60 (sixty) years of age at the time of appointment as KA; (5) Honest and fair; (6) Not a defendant facing a prison sentence of 4 (four) years or more; (7) never have been convicted of a criminal offense based on a court decision that has permanent legal force; (8) be free from the abuse of narcotics, psychotropics, and other illegal drugs, as evidenced by a narcotics-free certificate from the USU Teaching Hospital; (9) be professional in their field of responsibility; (10) not currently holding a leadership position within USU; and (11) not have a family relationship with the University Leadership and the Chair of the MWA in terms of blood relations and/or marriage within the second degree.&nbsp;II.
