Based on the Administrative Selection conducted by the Selection Committee for Candidates for the Audit Committee of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2025-2030 term, the following decisions have been made:

1. Candidates for the Audit Committee who have passed the Administrative Selection may proceed to the Interview Selection, as outlined in Appendix I of this announcement;
2. Audit Committee candidates whose names are not listed in the annex of this announcement are deemed to have FAILED the Administrative Selection;
3. The schedule and location for the Interview Selection are listed in Annex II of the announcement.

We hereby inform you that:
1. All stages of the selection process for Audit Committee candidates at Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2025-2030 period will not involve any correspondence and will not incur any costs;
2. The selection of Audit Committee candidates at each stage is determined by their ability and competence. If any party or individual claims or promises to assist in securing a position on Universitas Sumatera Utara Audit Committee for the 2025-2030 period, whether or not in exchange for any form of compensation, such actions constitute fraud and should be reported to the selection committee;
3. If it is later proven that an Audit Committee candidate provided false information or statements, either during the selection process or after being appointed as an Audit Committee member, Universitas Sumatera Utara reserves the right to revoke their eligibility and/or terminate their position as an Audit Committee member for the 2025-2030 term, seek compensation if such actions result in losses for Universitas Sumatera Utara, and report the criminal act to the authorities;
4. The decision of the Selection Committee for the Audit Committee of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2025-2030 period is final and binding.
