Announcement Number: 13971/UN5.1.R1/TM.00/2025 Re-Registration Procedures for New Students in Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs in Odd Semester of 2025/2026 Academic Year

I. RE-REGISTRATION
Registration and document submission are conducted online at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 18th to 23rd, 2025. Documents to be uploaded during online registration include the following:
a. White background passport photo measuring 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
b. Original 2025 Odd Semester Admission Exam Card;
c. Completed and correctly completed Statement Letter, affixed with a Rp. 10,000 stamp,
and signed (the Statement Letter Form can be downloaded from http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
d. National Identity Card (KTP);
e. Original diploma and transcript of final undergraduate degree for Master's students.
Original diploma and transcript of final undergraduate degree for prospective Doctoral students.
f. Accreditation of the Study Program of Origin;
g. Drug-Free Certificate from a Government Hospital;
h. Study Permit from the Employment Agency (for those already employed).
II. TUITION PAYMENT
1. File verification will be conducted between July 23 and 28, 2025;
2. Tuition payment via Virtual Account can be viewed through http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 28 to August 4, 2025;
III. FILLING OUT THE STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)
1. Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to log in to the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal is used to complete the online KRS (Student Registration Card) the day after paying the UKT (Student Tuition Fee).
2. Classes begin on August 18, 2025. Before students begin classes, they will receive information about the class schedule through their respective faculties.
3. Once students have received their Student Identification Number (NIM), they can print their temporary Student Identity Card (KTM) independently at https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

NOTE:
1. Tuition fees that have been paid cannot be withdrawn.
2. Prospective students who are late in reporting according to the specified schedule will have their graduation certificate revoked.
3. Prospective students are expected to adhere to all established schedules.
