Inviting the public to become members of the Audit Committee of Universitas Sumatera Utara for the 2025-2030 Period

I. REQUIREMENTS
Referring to Article 50 of MWA Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Governance of USU, as last amended by MWA Regulation Number 1 of 2025 concerning the Second Amendment to MWA Regulation Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Governance of USU.
(1) Indonesian citizens who adhere to the Pancasila spirit;
(2) Physically and mentally healthy, as evidenced by a medical certificate from the USU Teaching Hospital or other hospital;
(3) Holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree (S-1);
(4) Under 60 (sixty) years of age at the time of appointment as KA;
(5) Honest and fair;
(6) Not a defendant facing a prison sentence of 4 (four) years or more;
(7) never have been convicted of a criminal offense based on a court decision that has permanent legal force;
(8) be free from the abuse of narcotics, psychotropics, and other illegal drugs, as evidenced by a narcotics-free certificate from the USU Teaching Hospital;
(9) be professional in their field of responsibility;
(10) not currently holding a leadership position within USU; and
(11) not have a family relationship with the University Leadership and the Chair of the MWA in terms of blood relations and/or marriage within the second degree.

II. SCREENING STAGES
(1) Collection and return of registration forms:
Tuesday, July 29th to August 4, 2025 (Office Hours, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB)
(2) Administrative Selection: Tuesday and Wednesday, August 5 and 6, 2025
(3) Announcement of the names of Audit Committee members who passed the administrative selection: Thursday, August 7, 2025
(4) Interviews for those who passed the administrative selection: Monday to Wednesday, August 11-13, 2025

III. ANNOUNCEMENT OF SELECTION RESULTS
The announcement of the Audit Committee member selection results can be viewed on the USU MWA website.

Registration documents can be downloaded from https://mwa.usu.ac.ld. Completed registration documents should be submitted directly to the Secretariat of the USU Audit Committee Member Selection Committee for the 2025-2030 Period at the following address:
