The Committee for the Selection of Cooperation Partners for the Utilization of State-Owned Assets (BMN) in the form of land and/or buildings at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) hereby announces the tender for the selection of a KSP cooperation partner under the following terms:

Project Name: Cooperation for the Utilization of State-Owned Assets (BMN) in the form of land and/or buildings at Universitas Sumatera Utara

Asset Description:
Land area of 4,100 m² and a building area of 4,560 m², located at Jl. Dr. T. Mansyur No. 70, USU Campus, Kelurahan Merdeka, Kecamatan Medan Baru, Medan City. Coordinates: 3°34’04.7”N 98°39’14.3”E

Type of Utilization: State Asset Utilization Partnership (KSP BMN)
Project Summary: Optimization of State-Owned Assets at Universitas Sumatera Utara for the development of a Hotel and Convention Hall.
Estimated Investment Value: IDR 85,819,484,970
KSP Duration: 20 (twenty) years from the signing of the agreement and extendable.
