Re-Registration Procedures of New Students for Masters (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs in Even Semester AY. 2023/2024

 

Hereby notified to all prospective new students who are accepted in the New Student Admission Pathway for Masters (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for Even Semester AY. 2023/2024 must re-register with the following procedures:

 

 

I.  RE-REGISTRATION

Registration and File Submission are done online on the web http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on the date : January 24 to 28, 2024. Files that will be uploaded during online registration include:

a. Photo of a white background with dimensions of 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);

b. Original Exam Card for Even Semester Admission Year 2024;

c. Statement Letter that has been filled in completely and correctly, affixed with a stamp duty of Rp.10,000, -, and has been signed (Statement Letter Form can be downloaded on the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);

d. Identity Card (KTP);

e. Diplomas and transcripts of the last grade of S-1 for S2 Program students

Diplomas and transcripts of the last S-2 grades for prospective S3 Program students;

f. Accreditation of the Study Program of Origin;

g. Drug Free Letter from Government Hospital;

h. Study permit from the workplace agency (for those already working).

 

II. SPP PAYMENT

File verification is carried out on January 25 to 29, 2024; SPP payment with Virtual Account can be seen through http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on January 31 to February 01, 2024;

 

III. FILLING OUT THE STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)

Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to access (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be found through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal is used to fill in KRS online from February 02 to 04, 2024. Lectures are adjusted to the academic calendar T.A. 2023/2024.

 

 

ATTENTION:

SPP that has been deposited cannot be withdrawn. Prospective students late in reporting according to the predetermined schedule can be disqualified. Prospective students, please obey the entire schedule that has been set.
