ANNOUNCEMENT

RE-REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS

WHO ARE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE SNBP 2024 PATHWAY

 

It is hereby notified to all prospective new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara who are accepted through the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP) in 2024 must register and fill in the complete data for Online Single Tuition Fees (UKT) according to the following stages of activity:

 

I. REGISTRATION & FILLING UKT

1. Filling in the main data and uploading files is done online through the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id starting on : March 28 to April 05, 2024. The files uploaded during registration include the following:

a. Photograph of a white background with dimensions of 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);

b. Original SNBP participant identification card for 2024;

c. The original P1, P2 and P3 Statement Letters that have been filled in completely and correctly, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty, - and have been signed (P1, P2 and P3 statement letter forms can be downloaded on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);

d. Certificate of Graduation (SKL) or final semester report card that has been legalized and signed.

e. Family Card (KK);

f. Identity Card (KTP) or Student Identity Card (KTS);

g. Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP Kuliah) (Especially for prospective students who get KIP Kuliah scholarships).

 

2. UKT data filling can be done after filling in the main data on the https://registrasi.usu.ac.id website has been finalized (submit) by prospective new students. UKT data filling and uploading UKT completeness files can be done through the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id starting on : March 28 to April 05, 2024. The files uploaded at the time of UKT filling include the following:

a. Salary slip or income statement for the last month of the party who finances;

b. Identity Card of the financing party;

c. Family Card of the financing party;

d. NPWP of the financing party;

e. Proof of PBB payment for the last year of the financing party's residence address;

f. Proof of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) for the last year of the financing party's motor vehicle;

g. Electricity account bill / Token for the last month of the residence of the financing party;

h. Last month's water bill of the financing party's residence;

i. Individual and or Corporate Tax Return of the last year of the financing party;

j. Photographs of the residential house looking front, left and right side of each 1 (one) sheet with the condition of showing the RT / RW No. or other identity that proves the existence of the house;

 

ATTENTION:

1. Prospective students who do not re-register according to the schedule will have their graduation canceled and cannot register for the 2024 SNBT and Independent selection paths at any PTN.

2. Prospective new USU students must read and follow the instructions for completing registration and UKT completeness data correctly and carefully. If a mistake is made, academic sanctions will be given. If files need to be verified again, prospective students will be asked to send physical evidence (hardcopy) of the Registration or UKT filling file to USU (only if needed).

3. If you experience difficulties in the process of filling in UKT data through the website

https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id, please contact the UKT System Filling Helpdesk at

number 0822-8401-3001 and UKT Helpdesk (Bureau of Finance) at 0813-6040-2581 and 0853-7075-5552 (via Whatsapp Application Message) during working hours at 08.00 - 16.00 WIB from March 28 to April 05, 2024: March 28 to April 05, 2024.

4. If you experience difficulties in the process of filling in the Registration data on the website

https://registrasi.usu.ac.id, please contact the File Registration Helpdesk at 0813-6086-4492 and 0822-6709-4007 (via Whatsapp Application Message) during working hours at 08.00 - 16.00 WIB from March 28 to April 05, 2024: March 28 to April 05, 2024.

 

II.PAYMENT OF UKT

1. The results of verification of UKT completeness data and virtual account issuance can be seen through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id on April 23rd to 24th, 2024;

2. UKT payment is made with a virtual account from April 25 to May 07, 2024.

 

III.FILLING OUT THE STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)

1. Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to login to the Academic Portal

(https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal

fills out KRS online the day after UKT payments are made.

2. Tutorials on the use of USU e-learning are carried out during the Introduction to Campus Life (PKKMB) at the faculty.

New Students (PKKMB) in each faculty.

3. Lectures begin in August 2024. Before students attend lectures,

the students concerned will get information about the class schedule through their

their respective faculties.

 

IV.DRUG FREE AND HEALTH CHECK

Drug-Free Check and Health Check are held at Pancasila Building Jl. Universitas Campus USU.

 

A. Drug-Free Examination

The implementation of the Drug-Free Examination is carried out at Pancasila Building Jl. Universitas

USU campus on May 13 to 16, 2024 and will be informed further after

re-registration (Examination Sequence Number will be obtained from the website

https://registrasi.usu.ac.id).

a. Prospective students who conduct a drug-free examination at Pancasila Building can

pay the examination fee of Rp.200,000, - (Two hundred thousand rupiah) through

BRI Bank account a.n. USU Hospital MANAGEMENT FUND Account Number

005301003451300 with the minutes of “SNBP New Student Drug Examination

(Student Name)”.

b. Print out of the original proof of payment must be brought during the drug screening later.

c. If you experience problems, you can contact the MCU RSP officer. CPL USU:

085262183165 a.n. Rizky (By Phone) during working hours at 09.00 - 12.00 WIB.

d. For students who are taking medical drugs, please bring them on the day of the drug test.

e. Prospective new students who live outside Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) can conduct a drug-free examination at the Government Hospital or other Regional Government Hospitals. The results must be brought during the medical examination at USU later. Make sure the drug test is done 14 days before the medical examination.

 

Notes:

a. The Drug-Free Letter is valid for a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days, as required for the health examination at the USU Campus.

b. Students are expected to adjust the drug-free examination schedule with the

health examination schedule at the USU Campus (For prospective students who do

drug-free examination outside USU Hospital).

c. The health examination schedule is subject to change at any time.

 

B. The health examination will be held at Pancasila Building Jl. University Campus USU on May 17, 20 to 22, 2024 and will be informed further after re-registration (Examination Sequence Number will be obtained from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id).

 

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:

1. Single tuition fee (UKT) that has been deposited cannot be withdrawn.

2. Prospective students accepted through the 2024 SNBP Pathway who are late in reporting according to a predetermined schedule can have their graduation canceled and cannot register for the 2024 SNBT pathway selection and Independent pathway selection at any PTN.

3. Prospective students must obey all predetermined schedules.
