Re-Registration Procedures for New Students Admitted Through SNBT 2024

Universitas Sumatera Utara informs all prospective students admitted through the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) 2024 that they are required to complete the registration process and submit the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) documents online according to the following schedule:

Registration & UKT Submission

• Online data entry and document upload via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from June 15 - 22, 2024.
• UKT data submission after finalizing registration via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id from June 15 - 22, 2024.
  

UKT Payment

• Verification results and virtual account issuance will be available on July 3 - 4, 2024.
• UKT payment via a virtual account from July 4 - 12, 2024.
  

Course Registration (KRS)

• Student ID Number (NIM) and Portal Access via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.
• Online KRS registration starts the day after UKT payment.
• Classes begin in August 2024.
  

Health & Drug-Free Examination

• Drug-Free Test: July 15 - 19, 2024, at Gedung Pancasila, USU Campus.
• Health Check-Up: July 22 - 26, 2024, at Gedung Pancasila, USU Campus.
  

Important Notices:

Check https://registrasi.usu.ac.id and https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id regularly for verification results.

Failure to re-register within the given schedule may result in the cancellation of admission and disqualification from applying through the independent selection track at any public university.
Students must accurately complete all registration and UKT data. Any errors may result in academic sanctions. If verification is required, students may need to submit hard copies of documents to USU.
