Procedures for Re-Registration of New Students in Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Program in Even Semester of 2023/2024 Academic Year

PROCEDURES FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS MASTER'S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE EVEN SEMESTER OF THE 2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR
This is to notify all newly admitted students through the Admission Process for New Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Students for the Even Semester of 2023/2024 Academic Year. Prospective students are required to re-registerwith the following procedures.
I. RE-REGISTRATION
Registration and Submission of Documents must be done online via the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from January 24 to 28, 2024. The documents to be uploaded during online registration include the following:
a. A passport-sized photo with a white background, dimensions 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
b. Original Admission Exam Card for the 2024 Even Semester;
c. A completed and accurate Statement Letter, affixed with a Rp.10,000 stamp, and signed (the Statement Letter form can be downloaded from the website http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
d. National Identity Card (KTP);
e. Bachelor's degree certificate and latest transcript for Master's program students; Master's degree certificate and latest transcript for Doctoral program applicants;
f. Accreditation of the original study program;
g. Drug-Free Certificate from a Government Hospital;
h. Study Permission Letter from the Employer (for those already employed).
II. TUITION FEE PAYMENT
1. Document verification will be conducted from January 25 to 29, 2024;
2. Tuition fee payment via Virtual Account can be viewed through
http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from January 31 to February 1, 2024;
III. STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS) FILLING
1. Student ID Number (NIM) and password to access (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be viewed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id
The Academic Portal is used to fill out the KRS online from February 2 to 4, 2024.
2. Classes are aligned with the academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic year.
NOTICE:
1. Tuition fees that have been paid cannot be refunded.
2. Prospective students who fail to submit their reports by the specified deadline
may have their admission revoked.
3. Prospective students are advised to adhere to all established schedules.
