PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS IN THE MASTER'S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE ODD SEMESTER OF THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS IN THE MASTER'S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE ODD SEMESTER OF THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
This announcement is addressed to all prospective new students accepted through the admission pathway for the Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. They must complete the re-registration process according to the following procedures:
I. RE-REGISTRATION
Registration and document submission must be online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 4 to July 8, 2024. The required documents for online registration include:
a. A passport-sized photo with a white background and dimensions of 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB).
b. The original exam card for the 2024 Even Semester Admission.
c. A completed and correctly filled-out statement letter, affixed with an Rp.10,000,- duty stamp, and signed (the statement letter form can be downloaded from http://registrasi.usu.ac.id).
d. A copy of the Identity Card (KTP).
e. The latest diploma and transcripts are the S-1 diploma and transcript for Master's (S2) applicants, and the S-2 diploma and transcript for Doctoral (S3) applicants.
f. Accreditation certificate of the previous study program.
g. A drug-free certificate issued by a government hospital.
h. A study permit from the workplace (for those who are employed).
II. TUITION FEE PAYMENT (SPP)
Document verification will be conducted from July 9 to July 10, 2024.
Tuition fee payment via Virtual Account can be checked through http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 9 to July 11, 2024.
III. COURSE REGISTRATION (KRS)
The Student Identification Number (NIM) and password for logging into the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal completes online course registration (KRS) the day after the tuition fee (UKT) payment.
Lectures will commence in August 2024. Before attending classes, students will receive class schedule information from their respective faculties.
Once students receive their Student Identification Number (NIM), they can independently print a temporary Student Card (KTM) at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Tuition fees (SPP) that have been paid are non-refundable.
Prospective students who fail to report within the specified schedule may have their admission revoked.
Prospective students must adhere to the established schedule.
