ANNOUNCEMENT

Number: 202/UN5.1.R1/SPB/2024

PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS IN THE MASTER'S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE EVEN SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

It is hereby informed to all new students admitted through the New Student Admission Pathway for the Master's (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the Even Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 that they are required to complete re-registration by following the procedure below:

I. RE-REGISTRATION

Registration and document submission must be completed online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from January 24 to January 28, 2024. The documents to be uploaded during online registration include:

  1. A passport photo with a white background, dimensions of 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);

  2. The original admission exam card for the Even Semester of 2024;

  3. A signed declaration letter that has been completely and correctly filled out, affixed with a Rp.10,000 stamp (the declaration form can be downloaded from http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);

  4. Identity Card (KTP);

  5. The latest diploma and transcript for Bachelor's (S1) graduates applying to the Master's (S2) program; the newest diploma and transcript for Master's (S2) graduates applying to the Doctoral (S3) program;

  6. Accreditation certificate of the previous study program;

  7. Drug-free certificate from a government hospital;

  8. Study permit from the employing institution (for those already employed).

II. TUITION PAYMENT (SPP)

  1. Document verification will be conducted from January 25 to January 29, 2024.
  2. Tuition fee payment through Virtual Account can be checked via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id from January 31 to February 1, 2024.

III. COURSE REGISTRATION (KRS)

  1. Student Identification Number (NIM) and password for accessing the academic portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be retrieved from http://registrasi.usu.ac.id. This portal will be used for online course registration (KRS) from February 2 to February 4, 2024.
  2. Lectures will be conducted according to the academic calendar for 2023/2024.

NOTICE:

  1. Tuition fees that have been paid cannot be refunded.
  2. Students who fail to complete the registration process within the specified timeframe may have their admission revoked.
  3. Students must strictly adhere to the designated schedule.
