PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS IN MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS FOR THE ODD SEMESTER OF THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
This is to inform all new students who have been admitted through the New Student Admission Pathway for the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year at Universitas Sumatera Utara that they are required to complete the re-registration process according to the following procedures:
I. RE-REGISTRATION
Registration and Document Submission are to be completed online via
https://registrasi.usu.ac.id
from July 4 to July 8, 2024.
Documents to be uploaded during online registration include:
a. A recent color photo with dimensions 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
b. The original Admission Test Card for the Even Semester 2024;
c. A signed Statement Letter affixed with a Rp10,000 duty stamp (Form available at https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
d. National Identity Card (KTP);
e. Latest Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript for Master’s applicants;
f. Latest Master’s degree certificate and transcript for Doctoral applicants;
g. Drug-Free Certificate from a Government Hospital;
h. Medical Certificate of Physical Health issued by an authorized health institution.
II. TUITION PAYMENT (SPP)
Document verification will take place from July 9 to July 10, 2024.


Tuition fee payment via Virtual Account can be made through
https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 9 to July 11, 2024.
III. STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS) FILLING
Student Identification Number (NIM) and Password for the Academic Portal (https://sso.usu.ac.id) can be accessed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.


Online KRS submission can be completed after the UKT payment has been successfully made.
