ANNOUNCEMENT

PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS ADMITTED THROUGH THE SMM 2024 PATHWAY

It is hereby announced to all prospective new students of Universitas Sumatera Utara who have been admitted through the 2024 Independent Student Selection (SMM) pathway that they are required to register and complete the online Single Tuition Fee (UKT) data submission according to the following stages:

I. REGISTRATION & UKT DATA SUBMISSION

Prospective students must complete the basic data entry and upload required documents online via the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 26 to July 30, 2024. The documents that must be uploaded during registration include a passport photo with a white background (400x600 pixels, maximum 1 MB), the original P1, P2, and P3 declaration forms that have been duly filled out, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp, and signed (the forms can be downloaded from https://registrasi.usu.ac.id), a legalized diploma with an attached photograph stamped by the school, Family Card (KK), the original 2024 SMM exam participant card, and an Identity Card (KTP).

The UKT data submission can be completed after finalizing (submitting) the basic data entry on https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. UKT data entry and supporting document uploads can be done via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id from July 26 to July 30, 2024.

The documents required for UKT data submission include the latest salary slip or income statement of the financial sponsor, the Identity Card (KTP) of the sponsor, the Family Card (KK) of the sponsor, the sponsor’s Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), the latest Land and Building Tax (PBB) payment receipt for the sponsor’s residence, the latest Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) receipt for the sponsor’s vehicle, the latest electricity bill/token for the sponsor’s residence, the latest water bill for the sponsor’s residence, the latest Individual or Business Tax Return (SPT) of the sponsor, and photographs of the front, left, and right sides of the residence, each showing neighborhood identification details (RT/RW number or similar).

ATTENTION:

Prospective students must regularly check the websites https://registrasi.usu.ac.id and https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id to review verification results (Accepted/Rejected). Failure to complete re-registration within the scheduled timeframe may result in admission cancellation. Prospective students must carefully read and correctly complete the registration and UKT data submission guidelines. Any errors will result in academic sanctions. If additional verification is required, prospective students will be asked to submit physical copies (hard copies) of the registration or UKT documents to USU (only if necessary).

For any difficulties in completing UKT data entry via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id, students can contact the UKT System Helpdesk at 0822-8401-3001 or the UKT Helpdesk (Financial Bureau) at 0813-6040-2581 (via WhatsApp) during office hours from 08:00 – 16:00 WIB, from July 26 to July 30, 2024. If difficulties arise in completing the registration process via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id, students can contact the Registration Helpdesk at 0813-6086-4492 or 0822-6709-4007 (via WhatsApp) during office hours from 08:00 – 16:00 WIB, from July 26 to July 30, 2024.

II. UKT PAYMENT

The verification results for UKT data and the issuance of virtual accounts can be accessed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 30 to July 31, 2024. UKT payment must be made through the virtual account from July 31 to August 4, 2024.

III. STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS) ENTRY

Prospective students who have completed the health examination at the USU Polyclinic in the Pancasila Building may proceed to the Central Information System Building (PSI) on the same day for guidance on KRS entry. The Student Identification Number (NIM) and login password for the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The academic portal is used for online KRS entry, which can be done one day after UKT payment. An e-learning tutorial will be provided during the New Student Campus Life Introduction (PKKMB) at each faculty. Lectures will commence in August 2024, and class schedules will be informed by each faculty before lectures begin. Once students obtain their NIM, they can print their temporary Student ID Card (KTM) independently via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

IV. DRUG-FREE AND HEALTH EXAMINATION

The drug-free and health examination will be conducted at the Pancasila Building, Universitas Street, USU Campus.

A. Drug-Free Examination

The drug-free examination will be held at the Pancasila Building from July 29 to August 2, 2024, with further details provided after re-registration. Examination queue numbers will be available on https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. Students undergoing the drug-free examination at the Pancasila Building must pay an examination fee of Rp200,000 via Bank BRI to the account DANA KELOLAAN RS USU (Account Number: 005301003451300) with the description “Drug Test for New SMM Students (Student Name).” The original payment receipt must be brought during the examination.

If any issues arise, students can contact MCU RSP.CPL USU staff at 085262183165 (Rizky) via phone during office hours from 09:00 – 12:00 WIB. Students taking prescribed medications should bring them on the examination day.

Students residing outside the Medan, Binjai, and Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) areas may undergo drug-free examinations at other government hospitals, and the results must be submitted during the health examination at USU. The drug-free examination must be conducted within 14 days before the health examination at USU.

Note:

The validity period for the Drug-Free Certificate is a maximum of 14 days as a requirement for the health examination at USU. The Drug-Free Certificate must be signed by an authorized official, either with a wet signature or an electronic QR Code-based signature. Students taking drug-free examinations outside RS USU must coordinate their examination schedules with the health examination at USU. The health examination schedule is subject to change.

B. Health Examination

The health examination will be conducted at the Pancasila Building from August 5 to August 9, 2024, with further details provided after re-registration. The examination queue number will be available on https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS:

The Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Fee (IPI) that have been paid are non-refundable. Prospective students admitted through the 2024 SMM pathway who fail to complete re-registration within the designated schedule may have their admission revoked. All prospective students must comply with the established schedule.
