PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS

ACCEPTED THROUGH THE SBPU 2024 PATHWAY

We hereby inform all prospective new students of the University of Sumatera Utara who are accepted through the Superior Achievement-Based Selection (SBPU) 2024 that they are required to register and complete the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) online data by the following schedule:

I. REGISTRATION & UKT DATA SUBMISSION

Basic data entry and document upload are done online via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 12 to July 19, 2024. Documents to be uploaded during registration include:

  1. Passport-sized photo with a white background, dimensions 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
  2. Original 2024 SBPU exam participant card;
  3. Original Statement Letters P1, P2, and P3, duly completed, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp duty, and signed (Forms can be downloaded from https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
  4. Original diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL) or SKHUN for 2024 graduates (Legalized with school stamp on the photo); Original diploma for 2023 and 2022 graduates;
  5. Family Card (KK);
  6. Identity Card (KTP) or Student Card (KTS).

The UKT data submission can be completed after finalizing the basic data on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. UKT data and document uploads are submitted via https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id from July 12 to July 19, 2024. Documents required for UKT data submission include:

  1. Latest salary slip or income statement of the financial sponsor;
  2. Identity Card of the financial sponsor;
  3. Family Card of the financial sponsor;
  4. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) of the financial sponsor;
  5. Latest Property Tax (PBB) payment proof of the financial sponsor’s residence;
  6. Latest Vehicle Tax (PKB) payment proof of the financial sponsor’s vehicle;
  7. Latest electricity bill/token payment receipt of the financial sponsor’s residence;
  8. Latest water bill of the financial sponsor’s residence;
  9. Latest Personal or Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT) of the financial sponsor;
  10. Photos of the residence (front, left, and correct views) clearly showing the RT/RW number or other identification.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Prospective students must regularly check https://registrasi.usu.ac.id and https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id for verification results (Accepted/Rejected). Students who do not re-register within the given period may have their acceptance revoked. Data must be entered carefully, as errors may result in academic sanctions. Students may be asked to submit physical copies of registration or UKT documents if required. For technical assistance with UKT data entry, contact:

Assistance is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (WIB) from July 12 to 19, 2024.

II. UKT PAYMENT

UKT verification results and Virtual Account issuance can be checked at https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 26 to July 27, 2024. UKT payment via Virtual Account is to be made from July 28 to July 31, 2024.

III. COURSE REGISTRATION (KRS)

Students who have completed a medical check-up at the USU Polyclinic (Gedung Pancasila) can proceed to the Central Information System (PSI) building on the same day for KRS guidance.

Student Identification Number (NIM) and login password for the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed at https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. KRS registration must be completed online one day after UKT payment.

Each faculty member will conduct e-learning tutorial sessions during the new student orientation (PKKMB).

Classes will commence in August 2024, and the respective faculties will announce class schedules.

After obtaining the NIM, a temporary Student ID Card (KTM) can be printed from https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

IV. DRUG-FREE & HEALTH CHECK-UP

A. Drug-Free Test

Conducted at Gedung Pancasila, Jl. Universitas Kampus USU from July 29 to August 2, 2024.

Examination fee of Rp200,000 to be paid via Bank BRI account: 005301003451300 (DANA KELOLAAN RS USU) with description "SBPU New Student Drug Test (Student Name)". Payment proof must be brought for verification. Students on prescribed medication should get them on the test day. Students outside Medan, Binjai, and Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) can undergo testing at a government hospital. The test should be conducted within 14 days before the health check-up.

B. Health Check-Up

Conducted at Gedung Pancasila, Jl. Universitas Kampus USU from August 5 to August 9, 2024.

The test schedule will be announced after re-registration.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

UKT payments are non-refundable.

Late reporting or non-compliance with the schedule may result in acceptance revocation.

Students must adhere to all scheduled activities.
