1. The Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for Lecturer Recruitment at Universitas Sumatera Utara will be conducted on Computer-Based Test (CBT).

2. The SKD Exam will be on:

Day and Date: Tuesday and Wednesday, July 22 and 23, 2025

Exam Sessions: 3 (three) sessions

a. Session 1: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM WIB.

b. Session 2: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM WIB.

c. Session 3: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM WIB.

3. The Exam Locations are divided into three (3) locations:

a. Computer Laboratory C, USU Information Systems Center.

b. Computer Laboratory D, USU Information Systems Center.

c. Computer Laboratory CWS, USU Information Systems Center.

4. Rules and Regulations for the Basic Competency Test (SKD):

a. Participants must arrive no later than 30 (thirty) minutes before registration begins, based on the exam schedule specified on their respective Examination Cards;

b. Participants who do not attend the exam session at the scheduled time will not be permitted to enter the exam location;

c. Participants must arrive according to the scheduled time and must bring:

1) Examination Card (can be downloaded through their respective accounts at: https://rekrutmen.usu.ac.id);

2) Original Resident Identity Card (KTP);

3) Participants who do not bring their original KTP due to loss must show their original Family Card (Kartu Keluarga); and

4) Participants must bring their own writing materials.

d. Participants must wear neat and appropriate clothing, as follows:

1) Shirt;

2) Long pants, not jeans (men);

3) Skirts, not jeans (women); and

4) Shoes.
