CONCERNING

 

DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT OF EDUCATION FEE PER SEMESTER FOR STUDENTS

ACADEMIC YEAR ADMISSION 2022/2023 FOR STUDY PROGRAMS OF UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS (S1) INDEPENDENT AND INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT PATHWAY IN UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

 

RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

 

Considering:

a. that based on the provisions of Article 76 paragraph (3) of Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education, higher education institutions or higher education organizers receive payments that students bear to finance their studies according to the ability of the student, the student's parents, or the party

financing it;

b. that in order to implement the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia concerning Single Tuition Fees at State Universities, it is necessary to adjust the amount of education fees per Semester for students at Universitas Sumatera Utara;

c. that based on the considerations as referred to in letters a and b, it is necessary to stipulate the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara concerning Amendments to the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 748/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2022 Concerning the Determination of the Amount of Tuition Fees Per Semester for Students Accepted in the 2022/2023 Academic Year for Undergraduate (S1) Study Programs via Independent and International Independent Paths at Universitas Sumatera Utara

 

Remembering:

1. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2003 Number 78, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);

2. Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 158, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5336);

3. Government Regulation Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Higher Education and Management of Higher Education Institutions (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 16, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5500);

4. Government Regulation Number 16 of 2014 concerning the Statutes of Universitas Sumatera Utara (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 42, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5510);

5. Government Regulation Number 26 of 2015 concerning the Form and Funding Mechanism of State Universities as Legal Entities as amended by Government Regulation Number 8 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 26 of 2015 concerning the Form and Funding Mechanism of State Universities as Legal Entities (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2020 Number 28, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6460);

6. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2020 concerning Standard Operating Costs for Higher Education at State Universities within the Ministry of Education and Culture (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 2020 Number 642);

7. Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 81/E/KPT/2020 concerning Single Tuition Fees at State Universities in the Form of Universities and Institutes;

8. Regulation of the Board of Trustees Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Governance of Universitas Sumatera Utara as amended by Regulation of the Board of Trustees Number 2 of 2023 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Board of Trustees Number 1 of 2022 concerning the Organization and Governance of the Universitas Sumatera Utara;

9. Regulation of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 12 of 2022 concerning Financial Management of Universitas Sumatera Utara; and 

10. Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 748/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2022 concerning the Determination of the Amount of Tuition Fees Per Semester for Students Accepted in the 2022/2023 Academic Year for Undergraduate (S1) Study Programs via Independent and International Independent Paths at Universitas Sumatera Utara.

DECREE OF THE RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA ON THE AMENDMENT TO THE DECISION OF THE RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA NUMBER 748/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2022 ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT OF EDUCATION FEE PER SEMESTER FOR STUDENTS ADMISSION IN THE 2022/2023 ACADEMIC YEAR FOR THE BACHELOR'S (S1) INDEPENDENT AND INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT PATH STUDY PROGRAMS AT UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA

 

FIRST: To amend the attachment to the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara Number 748/UN5.1.R/SK/KEU/2022 Concerning the Determination of the Amount of Education Fees Per Semester for Students Admission for the 2022/2023 Academic Year for Undergraduate (S1) Study Programs via Independent and International Independent Paths at Universitas Sumatera Utara;

 

SECOND: Changes to the attachments to the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Sumatera Utara as stated in the FIRST DICTUM are made in Attachment I, Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Study Programs of Medical Education, Law, Accounting, Development Economics, Management, Entrepreneurship, Dentistry, History, Arabic Literature, Batak Literature, Mandarin, Indonesian Literature, English Literature, Japanese Literature, Malay Literature, Social Anthropology, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication Science, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, and in Attachment II, Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Study Programs of Medical Education, Accounting, Development Economics, Management and Dentistry as stated in the attachment which is an integral part of this Rector'sDecree

 

THIRD: This Decree shall come into effect from the Even Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year.
