1. Based on the results of the Administrative Selection conducted by the 2025 Selection Committee for Permanent Lecturers at Universitas Sumatera Utara, applicants can view their Administrative Selection results through their respective accounts on the official website: https://rekrutmen.usu.ac.id;

2. Applicants who fail the selection process are not eligible to proceed to the next selection stage. However, applicants are given the opportunity to appeal the Administrative Selection results;

3. Applicants to the announcement of the Administrative Selection results can be submitted via email to:rekrutmen.dosen@usu.ac.id, from July 16 to 17, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. WIB. Responses to objections will be submitted no later than July 17, 2025; and

4. Applicants who PASS the Administrative Selection are invited to take the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) by first downloading the exam card from https://rekrutmen.usu.ac.id, starting July 18, 2025.
