Announcement Number: 15225/UN5.1.R1/TM.00/2025 Re-Registration Procedures for New Students Accepted Through SMM Path Phase II 2025

1. REGISTRATION & UKT FILLING
1. Basic data and file uploads must be completed online through the website
https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 23 to 26, 2025. Documents to be uploaded during registration include the following:
a. White background passport photo with dimensions of 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
b. Original 2025 SMM Phase II participant card;
c. Original P1, P2, and P3 Statement Forms, completed completely and correctly, affixed with a Rp10,000 stamp, and signed (the P1, P2, and P3 Statement Forms can be downloaded from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
d. Original Diploma (Graduates of 2023, 2024, and 2025) or Certificate of Graduation (Graduates of 2025). The original or, if a photocopy of the diploma, must be legalized and include a passport photo of the applicant (the photo must be stamped by the school);
e. Family Card (KK);
f. National Identity Card (KTP);
Note:
• File verification results can be viewed through each prospective student's account at https://registrasi.usu.ac.id from July 25 to 28, 2025;
• Prospective students are required to regularly check the registration.usu.ac.id website to see the verification results (Accepted/Rejected). If the registration form is rejected, prospective students must correct the data by July 28, 2025.

2. New students can complete their UKT data after the basic data on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id has been finalized (submitted). UKT data entry and upload of complete UKT documents can be done through the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id starting from July 23rd to 26th, 2025. The documents to be uploaded when filling out the UKT include the following:
a. Pay slip or income statement for the last month of the financing party;
b. Identity card for the financing party;
c. Family card for the financing party;
d. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for the financing party;
e. Proof of PBB (land tax) payment for the last year at the financing party's residential address;
f. Proof of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) for the financing party's motor vehicle for the financing party for the last year;
g. Electricity bill/token bill for the last month at the financing party's residence;
h. Water bill for the last month at the financing party's residence;
i. Tax return for individuals and/or corporations for the last year of the financing party;
j. One (1) photo of the front, left, and right sides of the residence, provided that the vehicle registration number is displayed. RT/RW or other identification that proves the existence of the house;
ATTENTION:
1. Prospective students who fail to re-register on schedule will have their acceptance revoked.
2. Prospective new USU students must read and carefully complete the registration instructions and the UKT form. Any errors will result in academic sanctions. If any documents require re-verification, prospective students will be asked to send physical proof (hard copies) of the registration or UKT form to USU (only if necessary).
3. If you encounter difficulties filling in your UKT data via the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id, please contact the UKT System Filling Helpdesk at 0822-8401-3001 or the UKT Helpdesk (Finance Bureau) at 0813-6040-2581 (Chat Only) during working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB.
2. UKT PAYMENT
1. UKT imposition announcements will be made starting July 28, 2025, via the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id
2. UKT payments will be made from July 28 to August 4, 2025, by first creating a virtual account for UKT payments on the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id
3. Students who feel the UKT imposed does not align with their financial capabilities can submit a UKT appeal between July 29 and 30, 2025. UKT appeals can be submitted via the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id, including the required supporting data.
4. UKT appeal verification and validation results will be announced on August 1, 2025, via the website https://uktdatareg.usu.ac.id.
1. COMPLETING THE STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)
1. Prospective students who have completed a medical examination at the USU Polyclinic in the Pancasila Building can come to the Information Systems Center (PSI) Building on the same day to receive guidance on completing the KRS.
2. Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to log in to the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The Academic Portal will be used to complete the KRS online from August 6 to 7, 2025.
3. Each faculty will hold Tutorials on using USU e-learning during the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB).
4. Lectures will begin on August 18, 2025. Before attending lectures, students will receive information about the class schedule through their respective faculties.
5. Once students have obtained their Student Identification Number (NIM), they can print their temporary Student Identity Card (KTM) independently through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.
2. DRUG-FREE AND HEALTH EXAMINATION
A. Drug-Free Examination
Prospective students undergoing a Drug-Free Examination at the USU Teaching Hospital can visit the USU Teaching Hospital, Jalan T. Dr. Mansur No. 66, USU Campus, on August 5, 2025. Further information will be provided after re-registration (the Examination Sequence Number will be obtained from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id).
a. Prospective students undergoing a drug-free examination at the Pancasila Building can pay a screening fee of Rp. 200,000 (two hundred thousand rupiah) through the BRI Bank account in the name of: USU HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT FUNDS Account Number 005301003451300 with the minutes "New Student Drug Screening SMM (Student Name)".
b. A printout of the original proof of payment must be brought to the drug screening.
c. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the MCU officer of USU Hospital, CPL: 089530707966 in the name of Rizky (via WhatsApp) during office hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM WIB.
d. Students currently taking medication are requested to bring these on the day of the drug screening.
e. Prospective new students residing outside of Medan, Binjai, or Deli Serdang (MEBIDANG) can undergo a drug screening at a government hospital or other regional government hospital. The results must be brought to the USU medical examination. Ensure the drug screening is conducted 14 days prior to the USU medical examination.
Note:
a. The Drug-Free Certificate is valid for a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days as a requirement for the medical examination at the USU campus. Prospective students are required to bring the original drug-free certificate to the medical examination at USU.
b. The Drug-Free Certificate must be signed by an authorized official either by hand or by electronic signature based on a QR code.
c. Students are expected to schedule the drug-free examination according to the medical examination schedule on the USU campus (for prospective students undergoing drug-free examinations outside of USU Hospital).
B. Medical Examination
Universitas Sumatera Utara will conduct the mandatory medical examination at the Pancasila Building on Jl. Universitas, USU Campus, on August 6, 2025. Further information will be provided after re-registration (the student's registration number and required documents will be available from the website https://registrasi.usu.ac.id). Students can choose the examination schedule independently based on the available dates and ensure seats are still available for that day. ADDITIONAL TERMS:
1. The Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and IPI that have been paid are non-refundable.
2. Prospective students accepted through the 2025 Phase II SMM Pathway who are late in reporting according to the specified schedule will have their acceptance revoked.
3. Prospective students are required to adhere to all established schedules.
