USU PR - Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) carry out FEB Future Development Program activities with the theme Forward

(5/12/2022).

The Future Development Program was launched to develop foreign languages young lecturers and the pursuit of ability as well as developing talent, thus fulfilling standards for college in the world's colleges that are included in the 100 Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University.

USU Rector Dr. Muryanto Amin, S.Sos., M.Si said, this Future Development program is an important breakthrough in supporting the rector's work program for achievement key university performance indicators and world class university rankings. This is in accordance with USU's efforts to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR).

"My hope is that the young lecturers can build a global partnership with universities outside Indonesia so that we can accelerate internationalization," he said.

On the same occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Dr. Fadli, SE. M.Si say, with the theme of Forwards Infinity and Beyond, expected the young lecturers to continue to want to learn and hone his skills without limits.

"We need sustainable development, development without limits. Infinity, so that we can support IKU's efforts, international achievements, because USU needs to Competent human resources for the future, "he said.

Dr. Fadli hopes that this program can be continued on an ongoing basis. Through the program This, the young lecturers are expected to continue their self -development studies in order to be able to develop FEB and USU ahead.

"Hopefully with this program, USU will be better known in the international arena"
